A fun evening at Billy’s Lake, using special equipment to detect the otherwise inaudible ‘sonar’ sounds of bats in flight, with Nik Night.
Meet at the Acorn Centre at 7:15pm, the Walking Bus will be leaving the Acorn Centre by 7:30pm.

This event is a partnership between Cowplain Community School and
the Acorn Centre with the aim of supporting parents in the Wecock area around issues involving social media.With guests from the local area and the charity ‘Beat the
Bullies’, we will be looking at the challenges faced by young people in an increasingly online world.Come and get some advice, chat to other parents and discuss smart
and simple ways to protect your children from the harmful effects of
social media.Free buffet to all who attend. Wed 29th June 5.30pm – 7pm at the
Acorn Centre.
